Business behaviour and the labour market
-
A global perspective
Economics B is structured into four themes:
-
Markets, consumers and firms
-

-
Making markets work
Throughout the program, pupils will be expected to demonstrate an awareness of current economic events and policies. They will need to apply their knowledge and understanding to analyse and evaluate economic situations and trends. The externally examined papers will assess students' comprehension of economic models, ability to analyse data, and aptitude for critical thinking and effective communication of economic arguments.
By completing Pearson Edexcel A Level Economics, pupils develop a strong foundation in economics, acquire analytical and evaluative skills, and gain a global perspective on economic issues. These skills and knowledge are valuable for various career paths, including finance, economics, business, consultancy, and government policy-making.
